The Lakehouse is a hidden gem tucked in the back of a middle-class subdivision in Greer, SC. Construction of this beautiful custom home was completed in the fall of 2017. We are located in a residential area with a beautiful green lawn that is perfect for families and for your pets, which we allow with a small fee*. The space Our home is cute, cozy, and set up with our guests in mind. When you walk in through our fun, yellow front door, you will find the living room, complete with couch, leather arm chair, TV, and a corner set up for your furry friends. Our pet corner has a pet bed, dog bowls and dishes, and beach towels for cleaning up messes and cleaning off dirty paws. Past the living room is a small kitchen, complete with Washer + Dryer, Stove, Fridge, Microwave, and coffee bar with a Keurig machine. We do not have dishwasher in this home. A high-top table for 4 is also located in the kitchen and is perfect for enjoying a quick meal. Down our spacious hallway you will find 1 bathroom with a tub/shower combination and single vanity. We have installed several hooks for towels so that you can easily allow them to dry. Our three bedrooms are as follows: The first bedroom on your left features a Full bed and a Twin bed. Both have brand-new mattresses and high-quality white cotton sheets and quilts. The room also features a closet, nightstand, lamp, and charging stations for your phones. The second two bedrooms each have a Queen bed (brand-new mattresses and same high-quality linens), complete with nightstand, lamp, and charging station. Both of these also feature closets with luggage racks in them for your convenience. As mentioned above, we are pet friendly! We are happy to welcome pets for a one time fee of $50. This townhome is located near beautiful Lake Robinson and has about two miles of wide roads leading to the lake that are great for walking or biking. This townhouse easily sleeps 6 people comforatablly. The master bedroom and bathroom are on the main floor, as well as a half bath. The kitchen is open to the living room with has plenty of room for sitting/eating at the bar or in the adjoining dining room. There is a large office, if needed, which includes wifi, a desk and plenty of room for working on your computer. There is also a laundry room on the first floor. There are two additional spacious bedrooms upstairs and another full bath. The drive to downtown Greer is only about 10 or 15 minutes drive where there are quite a few nice restaurants, bars, shopping and sometimes entertainment. The neighborhood is in beautiful Blue Ridge with great hiking and scenic drives, especially to a few wineries and the Tryon Equestrian Center. The drive to downtown Greenville is about 25 minutes ( about 12 miles ), but it is totally worth it to go there and make an afternoon or evening of strolling through Falls Park or check out the many shops and restaurants.

After the first notice, if I receive additional notifications of noise disturbance, I reserve the right to end your reservation, without refund, and you will be responsible for paying a $150 fine for failure to comply with our noise policy. NO PETS Absolutely no pets are allowed without written permission. There is a $500 fine for pets that come into the unit/building without prior written permission. Additionally, for permitted pets, any cleaning or damages caused by pets will be charged at the full cost of clean up or repair plus a $50 administrative fee to manage the situation. REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE We cannot guarantee against mechanical failure of heating, air conditioning, appliances, TVs or amenities. Please report any inoperative equipment to me promptly. I will make every reasonable effort to have repairs done quickly and efficiently or provide alternative equipment for your comfort. If you demonstrate that the problem persists after being given phone instructions by me or the co-host, a maintenance service professional will be dispatched. No refunds or rent reductions will be made due to mechanical failures or malfunctions, interruptions of utilities, maintenance problems or construction in the area. While I will make every effort to repair any maintenance issue in a timely manner, it cannot guarantee that the issue will be fixed during your stay, as we may have to go through home warranties. Beautiful historic cabin in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains. The cabin is on our private 12 acre horse farm. Located 7 mins from downtown Landrum, SC, voted one of Southern Livings "South's Best Small Towns". 25 minutes to Tryon International Equestrian Center. Enjoy beautiful sunsets over Hogback Mountain, and peaceful walks around the pasture, down to the dock or around the pond to the natural spring. About the Property: Enjoy a private escape to the beautiful foothills while relaxing and snuggling in front of the fireplace, taking in the beautiful evening sunsets, or escaping to the porches to sip on your favorite drinks. Relaxation guaranteed. When you want a change of scenery, there is plenty of shopping, dining, and outdoor sport to enjoy in our neighboring small towns. The cabin is approximately 900sf, two stories and has a queen bed upstairs, a twin rollaway bed upstairs and a small pull out sofa (1 person) downstairs. The stone fireplace is the focal point of the downstairs along with an open kitchen including stove, oven and coffee maker. Site map will be provided to ensure that guests stay on our property. Sunset cottage is located on our 12 acre farm where we have horses, chickens, ducks, dogs, and cats. The cabin is located about 150’ from our house and the same distance from both our horse barn and riding arena. We try to respect our guests privacy but want to be transparent that this is a working farm and the sounds of hoofs and animals may be present during your stay. Our animals are friendly and occasionally wander up to the cabin to greet our guests. Please see attached picture for an aerial view of the areas. Unfortunately we do not offer horseback riding or swimming in the pond, but are happy to provide info on local riding arenas or “swimming holes” **PLEASE NOTE** Hike down to the pond is steep. Please watch your step and be aware that acorns and leaves make for a slippery downhill hike. Fishing is welcome, but no swimming, paddle boarding, or boating allowed. Please do not enter the horse pastures. All animals are in stalls, pens, or pastures during your stay but farm animals can be unpredictable so please keep your distance and ask before petting.

The upstairs BNB space includes a kithenette, bathroom, living space, large bedroom and separate entrance. The location is perfect for horse lovers, hikers, rafters, bikers, wine enthusiasts, and antique shoppers. We are 20 min from Tryon International Equestrian Center (TIEC) and 10 min from FENCE. Please note that BNB space is the upstairs part of our home where my husband and I live downstairs. We also have a dog and three cats on the property.
